The details behind your clean.

What to expect when you build a cleaning plan and send a request.

Estimates and cleaning requests

Our questionnaire uses the company’s current rates to estimate your cleaning. Sending a request saves your contact details, plan, and preferred first-visit time for the owner to review. A request does not reserve staff or an appointment, create a service contract, authorize a charge, or start automatic reminders.

Contact us to confirm your scope, appointment, applicable tax, final total, and payment arrangements. Online payment is not open yet. The first cleaning must be paid upfront to complete a booking, whether it is a one-time cleaning or part of a multi-visit plan.

Service scope and estimates

We offer general residential and commercial cleaning. Your selected service description and optional extras describe the proposed scope. Specialized medical, industrial, hazardous-material, or similar work requires a separate assessment and is not offered through this form.

Estimates depend on property size, rooms and bathrooms, cleaning type, extras, and your best eligible discount. Cleaning time and crew size are estimates. Changes to the stated scope or property details may change the estimate and must be agreed before payment. Optional extras require your selection; mandatory service charges must be included in the disclosed service price.

Minnesota sales tax

Many residential and commercial building-cleaning services are subject to Minnesota sales tax, and local tax may apply. Certain separately stated housekeeping services can be treated differently. Displayed estimates exclude applicable sales tax. The company must provide the itemized tax and final total for your service address before collecting payment.

Frequency, commitments, and payment

Choose one-time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning. A commitment covers the fixed number of visits shown: 3, 6, 9, or 12. The larger eligible frequency or commitment discount applies; discounts do not stack. Your first cleaning is paid upfront. Later cleanings are paid separately, so the full plan is not charged upfront.

Only your preferred first visit is requested through this website. Later visits and their payment arrangements must be confirmed with the company. These fixed-visit plans do not automatically renew, and this form does not authorize automatic charges.

Scheduling, changes, and cancellation

Preferred times account for estimated cleaning duration, travel buffers, working hours, capacity holds, and personal blocks. Unavailable time does not necessarily represent another customer’s appointment. All requested times need confirmation with the company until automatic appointment scheduling is enabled.

Read the cancellation, refund and early-ending rules below before confirming a booking. Contact the company promptly to make changes.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Give at least 48 hours’ notice, measured from 9:00 a.m. on the cleaning date, using America/Chicago. This deadline uses that fixed time even if your appointment starts at another hour.

For a cancellation received by the deadline, the convenience fee is 10% of that visit’s agreed cleaning price. Rescheduling by the deadline waives this fee. After the deadline, 100% of that visit’s cleaning price is due.

Contact the company by the notice deadline to cancel or arrange a new date. The timely cancellation fee is waived when you reschedule by the deadline. After the deadline, the late cancellation charge applies.

Refunds, with clear examples

If a cleaning was prepaid, a timely cancellation receives a refund of the cleaning price less the convenience fee. If it has not been paid, only the convenience fee is due. A timely rescheduling waives the fee and applies the prepaid amount to the new date. The first prepaid cleaning follows these same rules.

Examples below use a $200 cleaning price after any agreed discount, before tax. Any applicable tax or tax adjustment is itemized separately.

01 · CANCEL ON TIME

Already paid $200?

You receive $180.00 back. The $20.00 convenience fee is retained.

Haven’t paid yet?

Only $20.00 is due for that scheduled visit. The $180.00 cleaning balance is not charged.

02 · RESCHEDULE ON TIME

The convenience fee is waived.

No cancellation fee is due. A prepaid $200 remains a credit toward the rescheduled cleaning. If the new scope or price changes, we agree the difference with you before the visit.

03 · CANCEL AFTER THE DEADLINE

$200.00 is due.

The full $200 is retained if prepaid, or is due if not yet paid. No cleaning-price refund is due for this late cancellation.

Deadline example: For a Friday cleaning, give notice by Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in the policy time zone. Notice at Wednesday 9:00 a.m. qualifies; notice after 9:00 a.m. is late. This applies even if the Friday appointment is at 1:00 p.m. At a daylight-saving change, the exact deadline is 48 elapsed hours before Friday’s 9:00 a.m. reference time.

Request cancellations or rescheduling through Contact Us. The company confirms receipt and the new appointment. Any refund is processed to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary. This request form does not itself authorize automatic charges.

Ending a discounted plan early

You may end a discounted plan by contacting the company. The cancellation rules apply to each already scheduled visit you cancel: the timely convenience fee, waived for timely rescheduling, or the late cancellation charge after the deadline. No additional retroactive charge is added for discounts on completed cleanings. Visits that have not been scheduled do not carry a cancellation charge.

Example: Your next scheduled cleaning has an agreed discounted price of $200. End the plan by that visit’s deadline and the fee for that cancelled visit is $20.00; if prepaid, $180.00 is refunded. Reschedule that visit by the deadline and the fee is waived. Cancel after the deadline and $200.00 is due.

Preparing for a visit

Provide safe access, secure pets, clear surfaces where practical, and tell us about delicate surfaces or special requirements. Arrange access codes directly with the company rather than putting them in the online form.

Safe access and sensitive information

Confirm access arrangements, pets, areas needing special attention, delicate surfaces, and any conditions affecting safe work. Do not place door codes, alarm codes, card details, or sensitive information in the questionnaire. Ask the company directly about any service guarantee or insurance coverage you need confirmed.
